Okusan is an open-ended manga (for now) written by Masakazu Ooi, first released in the year 2008. The manga is based on two of the very renowned genres known as Ecchi and the School of LIfe. The simplicity of the plot is what appeals the readers to read more of the manga. This one just might catch your attention with its plot.

The Okusan manga is about a 32-year-old wife named as Okida Kyuoko, who has just moved to her new neighborhood. Due to her beauty and her body, she gets all the eyes everywhere she goes. Pairing this up with a fairly charming personality, she becomes a very likable person. But she still has to find her place in this new neighborhood.

She makes a new friend, a young girl named Kasuka Moe who shows her the way around the neighborhood. How long will it take for Okida to fit in this new place?

Talking about the plot, it partly Ecchi. The word Ecchi means “pervert”, which is literally what this manga implicitly proves itself to be. Ecchi in its artform features mild pervertedness which is mostly covered up and is far less explicit and expressive than most of the genres. This Okusan manga takes a fair share of this concept.

The other genre closely related to the manga is School of Life, which are written in a fairly realistic setting which could be relatable to most of the people out there. They are sometimes inspired by real-life events or are set to be relatable to many readers reading the manga. This further grows the interest of the people about the manga.
